AllerCard is an information and communication tool. It does not diagnose allergies or guarantee an allergen-free meal.

Your name, email address, delivery details, food preferences, order information, and food allergy information you provide.

To help you discover partner food establishments, browse menus, place and manage orders, personalize your food experience, and provide allergy-related information when needed.
How Your Allergy Information Is Shared
If you choose to use the AllerCard, authorized personnel at participating food establishments may view your relevant allergy information after scanning your card. This helps restaurant staff identify your declared allergies and take them into consideration when handling your order.
How We Protect Your Information
We plan to implement appropriate security measures and access controls to protect your personal information. Your allergy details will not be stored directly in the QR code.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We will retain your information only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by applicable law.
Your Privacy Rights
You may exercise your applicable privacy rights, including requesting access to or correction of your information and requesting its deletion, subject to applicable legal requirements.
